FAQs
Who are we?

At ILAC, we’re all in this together—age managers, parents, and committee members. Most of us have kids who are part of the club, and we volunteer every Friday night to help run our meets from 5:30pm.

But here’s something important to remember: we’re not all raising future Olympians! Don’t assume our children are heading to state or national titles. In fact, most of our kids simply love to run, jump, and throw because it’s fun and keeps them active.

There’s no special level of ability needed to be part of ILAC—just a great attitude and a willingness to give it a go. That’s what Little Athletics is all about

What happens each meet?

Friday nights at ILAC are where the action happens (weather permitting, of course)!

We run a fun Two-Week rotating program for Tiny Tots all the way to U17s, with something new to enjoy each week!

Kids stick with their age group and their awesome age managers—dedicated volunteers who guide them through events and help them learn and improve along the way.

*Follow us on Facebook for weekly event updates, schedules, and all the latest info—don’t miss a thing!

And remember—age managers need helping hands! Parents, be ready to jump in at field events. Whether it’s measuring, raking, or cheering—your support keeps things moving and makes the night even more fun for the kids!

Let’s make every Friday night a blast!

Who do I contact?
You can contact ILAC through the email at the bottom of this website. Alternatively, at every meet, you will see most committee members doing something on the day. They are all approachable and so are our age managers so any question can be answered.
